Do I need to be a certified installer to become a distributor?
No — distributors resell to installers and don't need to be certified themselves. However, we strongly recommend having at least one certified installer on your team or network to support end customers.
Can I upgrade my tier mid-year?
Yes. Tier upgrades are processed at any time once you hit the volume threshold. Your pricing adjusts from the next order. Downgrades are reviewed annually.
What territories are available for distribution?
Most regions are open. A small number of territories have exclusive arrangements already in place. Contact us to confirm availability in your region before applying.
How does the private-label programme work?
Private label is available to Strategic Partners only. We produce the film under your brand identity — custom sample books, packaging, and spec sheets. Lead time for first private-label order is typically 8–10 weeks.
What is the minimum order for a Registered Installer?
There is no minimum order for Registered Installers. Preferred Distributors have a $25,000 CAD annual volume commitment; Strategic Partners have a $100,000 CAD annual commitment.
